The quote above is probably the most concise elevator pitch I have. I am a creative, "life liver" who works hard and aims to approach every task with passion and compassion. If I could identify my biggest gift, I could without a doubt say it's my spirit. The glass is half full and it even has a little glitter floating in it. I believe God makes no mistakes with the spirit he gives us. And I am thankful for mine. Every "no," "you can't" or "you won't" hasn't stopped me. I grew up being told I wasn't good enough, that my dreams were unrealistic but thankfully, there was a voice that always whispered "hmmm maybe you can," or " if you work really hard your goal might work out."

That voice wasn't always confident in its speech, however, it remained hopeful. As I come closer to my dreams and continue to push forward - that voice gets louder.

Arielle Donce' is a dreamer, a believer, and, most importantly, a do 'er, living a life inspired by the nuances around her and showing gratitude every step of the way. As a media correspondent, content creator, and digital strategist, Arielle strives to create an impact in everything that she does. At the age of 19, Arielle started in radio, under legendary host Lady B who taught her the toughness it takes to be a woman in the entertainment industry. After working without any monetary compensation for almost two years, Arielle finally landed a job at Radio One Philadelphia. Radio One taught Arielle the definition of "the grind." She willingly worked double the time with little compensation, simply because she recognized early in life that nothing beats hands-on experience, a hard work ethic, and continued knowledge.

After paying her dues, Arielle finally landed an official spot on one of Philadelphia’s #1 radio shows, "The Basement Party with Lady B." Arielle’s segment titled “Be Beautiful Monday's,” coined her as resident glam guru offering over 2.5 Million listeners a 360 view on inner and outer beauty tips. Good turned into great when Arielle’s role went from a one time per week feature into an integral daily part of the show as the host of the “Daily News" and "Gossip and Entertainment" reports. After finding her groove on air, she came from behind the mic to the red carpet, covering countless award shows for BET, MTV, and a host of movie and TV premiers. Most recently, Arielle has worked with the Wendy Williams digital app as a writer and host, as well as travel coverage for BET, participating in the Forbes 30 under 30 Global Summit in Tel Aviv Israel.

Today, Arielle has taken her digital strategy expertise to BET Networks in the Digital Ad Sales department, taking an active role in brand partnerships with companies like Coca Cola, Proctor and Gamble, Geico, and many more. Her journey is to be continued as she aspires to greater heights.
